The Fresh Academy is one of the UK’s leading portrait studios, based in Watford, Hertfordshire. We currently shoot around 1500 sessions per year comprising of everything from families, to superheroes, makeovers to boudoir and fairies & elf themed shoots to Peggy Sue 1950’s Pin-Ups you could say that we are a full general-purpose studio. As the flagship studio to the entire Click Group as well as the groups’ training academy, we are extremely selective on the suppliers that we chose to align ourselves with.

We have been using Sim Lab for over 5 years now as our exclusive print partner for all lose prints. Over the course of the years out of the several thousand prints received I can honestly count on one hand the errors but looking beyond the errors is the speed and professionalism in which the errors are corrected. Even though we sell plenty of digital packages at our studio offering physical prints for our customers is of great importance to us. We love seeing our clients faces when they come in to collect their printed packages and acknowledge the quality of our work finished off on a professional print, it’s this reaction to the finished product that we lose when we sell digital only packages.

Sim Lab’s online ordering system is a doddle to use for my staff and the turnaround in which they deliver out performs most other labs to my knowledge. All in all, professional photo prints, with an efficient service at a great price from a solid supplier partner.
